6. Returns and Exchanges Policy

6.1. The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which establishes the legal regime for the protection of consumers in distance contracts.

6.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. The customer must contact our customer service department to initiate the return process.

6.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.

7. Warranty

7.1. All products sold are covered by a two-year legal warranty of conformity, as stipulated by Portuguese law. The customer must contact our customer service department in case of product defect or non-conformity.
